Jimmy John's

If I order in person, my orders are fine.
Food always arrives quick and the people are nice, food is yummy.
BUT when I place an online order and have it delivered, the majority of the time 1 or more items are missing from my sandwich.
Wouldn't be a big deal if it was rare, but it is not.
I don't know if it is high turn-over or not enough training, but I'm less and less inclined to order from this location, even though it is convenient.
I've reported it a time or two, but this is getting to be too frequent for my taste.
I don't want credit towards another sandwich, it too likely to be made and delivered wrong, I just want the sandwich I ordered.
Like yesterday, totally forgot to add my peppers.
On the receipt, but no peppers to be found.
But I've also had a sandwich delivered before without half of the stuff which normally comes with a number 12 (even though my receipt clearly stated not to exclude the items which were missing).
I hate to give a poor score, but I'm not really sure what else to do other than suggest if you order, do it in person for this location. Update - below is a sandwich I received today (10102019).
It too was missing pieces and parts and, honestly, looks pretty sad to me.
I called to let the manager know the condition of the food but declined the offer for a sandwich credit.
I simply wanted to provide feedback and urge them to to better (in general).
Work on the receipts system or training.
Whatever it takes.

I e always been a fan of jimmy John’s food.
But after this experience not so sure if I feel comfortable returning, after a long day at the zoo my family and I stop for dinner there and when we get home and start to eat come to find two strands of hair in our food l.
Which I can assure wasn’t from myself, very disappointing, and will have to reconsider eat there again.

For $10 it wasn't bad.
It filled me up.
The service was like nobody wanted to be there.
I love Jimmy John's just mediocre experience.
Also, The Beach club I thought was supposed to have guacamole or avocado or something on there and it wasn't on there.
It tasted more like a BLT instead of a beach club.
No big deal though
