Husband brought sandwiches home from jersey mikes, we realized they forgot our chips and he went back to grab them.
As he was gone, I took the first bite of my sandwich and immediately was chewing on a hair.
Sent him a photo of the hair in sandwich and they were extremely rude to him.
The manager smiled crudely and said sorry, it’s policy we need to see the evidence.
And said it happens.
Like hair happens.
I get that things happens, but the extreme rudeness and lack of managerial skills was evident.
I’m sure people lie and try to get free food, but is saying no to a returning customer really going to affect the overall dollar? We sadly won’t be returning.

Just picked up sandwiches tonight and I ordered the Portobello Mushroom and Swiss sandwich.
Where’s the Portobello’s?!? It literally only had two small slices at the end of the sandwich and the rest of the sandwich was Green Peppers! Not happy at all! Please teach your employees to make better sandwiches for the kind of money you spend on the sandwich.

The food is of course Corp menu style that you can alter to fit your taste and needs.
The service is OK, the few times we have been there, seems like the worker hated it, no talking, no emotion...not even a smile.
It's a convenient location and parking is good
