First time going to this location, I called in my order and the customer service representative did a great job, the timing on the pizza was good also about a 15-20 min wait .When I opened the box the pizza looked great. It was when you was about to take a bite off the pizza is when I noticed that’s the sauce was so wet it made the bread soggy on the pizza. It was also so much cheese on there.I ordered the stuff crust pizza .I just end up putting it in the oven a little longer to make it a little harder to my liking it was pretty good after that.
I’ve given this location 3 chances. Each time I’ve ordered from them it takes around 2 hours to receive my food. The food is always ice cold.Every time I reach out to the store the managers are incredibly rude. It’s such a shame because Papa John’s is by far my most favorite pizza chain.I wish this location had better management.
We ordered the papa bowls.1st of all they are nothing like the pictures or commercial. It's very little toppings stretched out in the pan to make it look full.I racked it all to the corner and it's not even 1/2 full.Although it was tasted, it's definitely not worth the price.
