The atmosphere is typically relaxed, though I did notice some cleanliness issues during my last visit. There were empty napkin dispensers and the tables could use a good wipe-down. However, our experience turned around thanks to Karen, the manager, who gladly addressed our concerns!
The convenience of the Panera app is a game-changer, making ordering my favorites a breeze, even on busy days. Overall, still a great place for a comforting meal! 😊
