Just had to write about Palenque in Brooklyn - this place is a gem! Walked in one day craving something hearty and found myself in this super chill Colombian spot.The vibe? Totally laid-back and friendly, like you're just hanging out at a friend's kitchen. Now, the empanadas here are legit the best I've had.Crispy on the outside, and the inside? Oh man, so flavorful and delicious.And the arepas, wow, they're like fluffy, tasty clouds of goodness.You can really tell they care about using fresh, organic stuff. Every time I go, it's like a mini escape to Colombia.The staff always greets you with a smile, and it's just such a warm, welcoming place.Seriously, if you're around Brooklyn and want some awesome Colombian food, hit up Palenque.You won't regret it!

Beautifully decorated place.The ambiance is amazing and the food selection, and the service.We were the only people in the restaurant which was strange to me, because the food and everything was so good.Would definitely come back.

A truly Colombian experience in Williamsburg, they have all the fav.Bandeja paisa, aliado, arepas of all kinds and pan de bono! Really love and recommend this place.Very reasonable pricing and great atmosphere.
