I feel some of the posts are not fair to the level that this steakhouse brings.
I have read some of the low ratings and believe that the people writing The reviews don’t have a clue as to what the expectations should be scored by.
To score all 1 stars means absolutely nothing to a person looking for an honest review.
Please understand that a lot of service is a reflection of the type of customer that is dining in.
I give a 5 across the board.

Parents of 2 here, we don't get out too often for restaurant dining but have had nothing but mediocre service for years no matter where we go.
This evening was worlds away from that.
Jason the bartender was clearly busy but his hospitality and precision didn't waver an ounce.
We got a gift card from work and decided to splurge and ordered 4 different specialty cocktails throughout the meal and he nailed all 4 to the tee!! Our steak dinners were prepared perfectly and the blooming onion was as always a great start.
One of our best chain restaurant dining experiences we've had in many years.
