I recently enjoyed a lovely dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Castleton. The atmosphere was warm and inviting - with cozy wood accents and mood lighting. I ordered the Bloomin’ Chicken, which was crisp and flavorful, paired with a loaded baked potato that had just the right amount of toppings.

My waiter was attentive, even during their busy happy hour! The steak was nicely cooked, albeit a bit on the salty side. Overall, a satisfying experience for a casual dinner. I’ll definitely return for more of those delicious cocktails! 🍹✨
