I recently dined at Osaka Ramen & Sushi in Chesapeake and was pleasantly surprised! 🌟

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza. The ramen broth had a nice foundation but could use more depth; I prefer soft-boiled eggs instead of hard. The gyoza had potential but needed a longer pan sear for that desired crisp.

Despite a few hiccups - my appetizer arriving cold - the overall vibe was warm and inviting. The staff was personable, making our meal enjoyable. With a solid menu featuring tsukemen and fun sushi specials, it’s a fantastic spot for ramen lovers! 🍜✨
