We had a cocktail bridal shower and everything was perfect, the food, the set up and the service.
Kim and Liz were amazing from start to finish, we booked with Kim who was communicative throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure the shower was perfect.
Kim and Liz did most of the setting up and decorating with some of our stuff and plenty of their own, they added touches we didn’t even know we needed.
The food was delicious and kept coming out.
After the shower we went out to the outdoor bar for more drinks and the service was great there as well.
Would 100% recommend booking a party through Originals and letting Kim and Liz work their magic!!!

On November 21st at around 12 pm, I went to O's Restaurant for my lunch break.
I work not too far from there and had a taste for some mozzarella cheese fries with ketchup, salt and pepper.
This picture below is what they gave me...
When shown the "Manager" my fries, he made excuses for my fries being burnt like this rather than replacing it. The final straw was not even that my fries were crispy when ate, but...
that there was NO ketchup, salt and pepper on it as I specifically requested when I ordered from the cashier.
I ended up requesting my money back and I ended up going to wawa.
I did raise my voice and apologized.
I really had a taste for some good mozzarella fries that day, I was hurt and highly disappointed on how O's quality of food has gone down over the past few months.
After this, I will not be returning there and will let my coworkers no not to neither.

Hey Rick! I explained to you that our mozzarella fries are cooked under a broiler—not in a microwave or a convection oven.
So, there were a couple tips of the fries that were crispy/dark.
You also asked for the salt and pepper to be placed on the fries UNDER the mozzarella.
Even though are fries are seasoned, we added that additional salt and pepper—UNDER the cheese.
Because our fries have the look of having salt and pepper on them already…it’s impossible for you to look and tell whether we added more or not. We put the ketchup on the side. After taking the fries to your car you came storming back in yelling and screaming at my counter girl I asked you to lower your voice and that our job was to make sure the customer is satisfied.
But under no circumstances would we discuss this issue any further if you were going to keep yelling. I offered to make you another order that we could put in the microwave so your fries didn’t continue to cook under the broiler while the mozzarella melted.
I also offered you a refund.
Whatever we could do to rectify the issue.
You apologized for yelling, received your refund and left. We apologize that the mozzarella fries aren’t what you expected.
Hopefully in the future you’ll give us another opportunity and try something else from the menu.
