One In A Melon Meals is truly a hidden gem in Salem! 🌟 The chicken pesto with zucchini pasta was delightfully unique, though I’d love a bit more pesto flavor next time. The shrimp with quinoa and butter-basted steak were outstanding!

While I had a mixed experience with delivery - my ginger trio was a letdown - the petunia salad saved the day with its fresh shrimp and perfectly ripe avocado.

I'm eager for them to reopen; a place with such healthy options and a creative menu is hard to find! Can't wait to give it another go...🥗
