I recently visited Burger King on Commercial St in Salem, and I'm happy to report an upgrade! The food quality has noticeably improved - everything was fresh and delicious. I had the new Whopper Melt, which had a good flavor but was smaller than I expected.
Tia at the drive-thru was an absolute gem; her friendly demeanor made my day! 🍔 However, the lighting in the restaurant was quite dim, which felt off-putting. Overall, a solid experience, but they need to work on the drive-thru speed. I'll definitely be back for Tia's smile! ☀️
