Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Terrible service.
Went inside and waited over 10 minutes to be helped while there were several employees walking back and forth in front of us, not a single one even greeted us.
When I finally made eye contact with someone I asked for the key to the bathroom, that got his attention but then he went on to help someone else who was behind us waiting. When we were finally able to make our order we ordered several sandwiches that generally come with cheese.
After we ordered and paid we were told that they were out of cheese at this location until the 26th..did not bother to mention this while we were ordering. The soda area was disgusting and sticky.
Same with the bathroom. We waited 30 minutes for our food, and everyone seemed to be scrambling around not knowing what they were doing..
They were literally throwing food out while we were sitting there watching them..
.turns out the health inspector was there and they had several items that were not being kept at proper temps.
There's at least 8 people working..
And 3 people waiting for orders.. A driver from Uber eats came in to get food for someone and gave up on waiting because nobody helped him. Absolutely terrible location...we never got our food.
We left.

Extremely dissappointing! Ordered through drive through and was excited about the chicken sandwich because I've always heard it's good and that it was big.
We were told to wait out front as the food was being made.
Waited for at least 15 minutes before one of us went in.
The inside was full of people who has been served, and employees were chatting.
After a manager asked us if we had been served, an employee started putting together the boneless wings and said that they had been waiting on them.
They said they gave us some extra, too. We got about 5 extra boneless wings with almost no sauce on them.
All the wings we got were cold by the time we got them.
Fries from the wing combo were missing.
The chicken sandwich was PITIFUL in size and I can't believe it was almost $7. Whatever is going on, I hope management fixes it.

Literally the worst popeyes I’ve had the displeasure of visiting.
Went two times this week to try it out since its closer than others.
First time around I spent about 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order, and then another 15 waiting for someone to come to the window.
Ive never had the experience of being confused and thinking maybe I imagined them taking my order.
I was the singular only person in the drive through and there was maybe 1 or 2 cars in the lot (which in hindsight was probably the employees).
Decided to give it another chance today.
Was weary of taking the drive through again so I decided to go inside.
Ordered fine enough.
She gave us 2 large drinks, but only one large fry and then one teeny one.
Forgot my sisters side entirely.
And also added 3 individual $1 donations that we were absolutely not asked about and weren’t discovered until after looking at the receipt.
(The missing side was in fact on the receipt too).
Save your time, and your money.
Don’t come to this location.
Didn’t want to waste even more of my time driving back for them to fix it.
