On A Roll Sushi is a hidden gem in downtown Fresno! 🍣✨ The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal. I tried their rainbow roll, and it was delightful - perfectly rolled with just the right rice-to-fish ratio.

The tempura batter was exceptional, delivering a flaky, flavorful crunch. Fast service, even on a busy Thursday, kept my experience enjoyable despite the understaffing.

The remodel gives it a fresh vibe. I’m excited to return soon... highly recommend it for sushi lovers! 😋
