Went looking for this place around 12:30 am on a Thursday.
It is almost impossible to find.
Only 1 business on that block shows its address.
There is no signage for Cynthia.
I eventually did find out that Cynthia sometimes shows up in a different business, but she wasn't there that day.
Don't waste your time with this joker.
If the food is as good as her punctuality, you ain't missing much.

I apologize for issue with finding us we are online only restaurants running thru the restaurant the Fulton in downtown Fresno if your interested in are menu just ask the employee at the Fulton for Cynthia.
