IHOP on Tulare St is a gem for breakfast lovers! 🌟 After its recent renovation, I took my family, and we were blown away by the delicious fare. I ordered the "Jace’s Illusion" berry pancakes, while my husband devoured the fluffy buttermilk biscuits with gravy.
The service was outstanding - our waiter constantly refilled our drinks and had a friendly demeanor that made us feel at home.
Parking was a bit crowded, but it’s worth it for the cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back for more! 🍽️
