Omelette Parlor is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! 🍳 The breakfast options are vast, and I was blown away by the portions - those pancakes are huge! We tried the CC Combo and banana bread French Toast, both absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.
