This place is AWESOME! Great food (& value for the $).
Servers look happy to be there and were very pleasant.
Very popular place on the weekends, so maybe a wait.
Totally worth it though!

My wife and I took our first trip to Omelette Parlor recently and, despite enjoying many great breakfast spots in COS over the last 5 years, Omelette Parlor stand alone, IMHO.
High quality ingredients and wonderful presentations, delicious food, an engaging and historical atmosphere and legacy, combined with very friendly, helpful, and professional staff...it all just works together for the best experience.
Can't wait to go back again!

Food was delicious, lots of options, and big portions as well.
Service was superb, staff were friendly and helpful.
We went after 10am and had to wait about 20minutes to be seated.
It was crowded, but just shows how good this restaurant is that everyone is flocking here.
Will definitely come back.
