Will order again.
I got 8 hot wings and a 14" Chicago stuffed pizza with sausage.
The sausage was a crumble type and more on top than in the cheese, but was actually really nice that way.
The wings were cooked perfectly with a nice crisp on the outside.
They weren't really hot, but I'm the guy in the family that nobody trusts when I say it's not spicy. Customer service was good and friendly.
I had an issue with the delivery fee on the website and the staff corrected it easily and quickly over the phone. Overall great experience!

What's special about Old Town is that even when ordering a thick crust, I've never had soggy or undercooked dough from them.
They are consistent about getting it right.
The dough and cheese on their Chicago Style is VERY thick, so consider ordering extra sauce to match.
