Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have been frequenting this Chipotle store for quite some time, but I must say that the quality of the food has deteriorated.
There was a time when I used to feel satisfied after having a meal here, but now the ingredients are not always consistent. Although I usually prefer the veggie salad bowl, the flavors seem to be missing from their food.
I used to love their guacamole, but now it doesn't taste as good as it once did. However, the service is still good.
It's fast and efficient, and the staff is always kind and approachable.
The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, no matter what time of the day you visit. The only downside is that parking can be quite limited, but the location is still one of the best aspects of this store.

The red headed girl working the register was incredibly rude and disrespectful to several of the customers in line.
The gentleman in front of me reminded the girl of a carton of milk she forgot and the girl proceeded to aggressively toss the milk at him and it slid across the counter.
The man had to catch it before it fell to the floor.
She then threw my order into my bag to which one of the bowls opened up in the bag and spilled everywhere on the way home.
She forgot to add our tortilla to the tab so she charged me for that -no problem.
Her coworker handed her the tortilla and she aggressively threw it into our bag that my husband was holding.
My husband and I felt disrespected by the child that was working the register.
I understand your restaurant gets busy and hectic but throwing/whipping/tossing items is incredibly disrespectful.
My husband told her not to throw things to which she rolled her eyes.
Talk to that kid.
I hope I don’t see that little girl working the register again as customer service isn’t her forte.
Maybe guac duty is a better option.

Horrible food, fajitas are literally raw, meat in the veggie bowl for a vegetarian, shreds of chicken in our chicken bowl, less than half a scoop of chicken, forgetting things that we asked for in the bowl and on the side, they put almost 4 scoops of rice in our bowls.
Chipotles that are less than 5 miles away in plainfield and in bolingbrook have better food and have fajitas are cooked and give a proper quantity of food.
Yet they still charge us $50 for food.
