I recently visited Old Taro and was charmed by its spacious interior filled with Taiwanese knickknacks. I indulged in the beef soup noodles, which had tender beef and a rich, flavorful broth, though it was a tad soy-saucey for my taste. The fried taro and radish pastry were delightful - crispy with just the right amount of filling.

The highlight, however, was their dessert - a comforting black tea mixed with soy milk topped with seasonal tofu and taro ball…it’s a must-try! Overall, a great spot for authentic Taiwanese flavors. Can't wait to go back! 🍜✨
