Nopal Mexican Restaurant is a delightful gem in San Antonio! 🌟 Their homemade tortillas are a highlight, fresh and hot right off the grill. I indulged in the huevos rancheros, paired with a nopal and egg breakfast taco - absolutely delicious. My partner loved the menudo and barbacoa taco as well.
The green salsa is savory and lightly spiced, while the red offers a smoky kick without overpowering the meal. The atmosphere is cozy, and service is attentive; my coffee cup was never empty! If you're in the area for breakfast or lunch, definitely give it a try! 😋
