Liberty Bar was awesome. My friends and I stopped in here to burn some time, and we had a blast. The food was delicious.I ordered the burger medium cooked with all the toppings to include an egg.The sourdough bun whichbisbmade in house was great as well. The bread could have been thinner, but that is just my take on it.The fries were phenomenal. They were crispy and soft on the inside, and the seasoning was perfect.I definitely recommend the fries as a side. The service was great. Our bartender was very knowledgeable on the menu and also had the food before, so he was able to provide excellent insight into the taste of the food. The ambiance was very chill. There are random pics of art everywhere and mirrors along the wall.I really enjoyed the selection of music played. The song selection really complimented the vibe of the place. If you want to relax and chill with your friends and have some good food and drinks, I would definitely visit here.
Weekend Brunch at Liberty Bar did not disappoint.Enjoyed the delicious SIMPLE BREAKFAST and MIMOSA KIT.1year later and the food and drinks are still on point.Located walking distance from downtown San Antonio in the King William Historical District.
Great little place.I had the spicy shrimp and pasta. It was very dry, not sure if that's how it's supposed to be.The waitress offered to bring me more sauce and that helped a little but I still found myself squeezing lemon on it so the pasta wasn't so dry.It had a great flavor and will be back to try other items.
