Niji Sushi Bar & Grill is a delightful find in Springfield. The vibrant decor sets a fun tone, making it perfect for a casual meal or date night. I tried the spicy tuna roll, and it was fantastic - fresh and flavorful! The pineapple chicken fried rice was a standout too.

While service was a tad slow at busy times, the atmosphere more than made up for it. Plus, the tea selection had me sipping happily throughout the meal. I look forward to coming back for more! 🍣
