Tucked away in a cozy corner of Rome, NICCO BRACE E CUCINA is the perfect spot for fans of hearty Italian fare. The carbonara is exceptional - one of the best I've ever tasted! Their polpette ai formaggi also deserves a shoutout, bursting with flavor. The atmosphere felt welcoming, with attentive staff making sure we enjoyed our meal. While the menu leans heavily on meat, the options are delightful if you appreciate grilled goodness. Definitely planning another visit! 🍝
