New Taj Palace Indian Restaurant truly hits the mark for authentic Indian cuisine! 🌟 We recently stopped by while driving through Bakersfield and were delighted by the Yellow Dal Tadka - it's a must-try!

The jeera rice paired perfectly, and the papad complemented our meal beautifully.

While the service was a bit slow and the staff's attitude varied, the flavors more than made up for it. For the price, the quantity could be better, but we left satisfied! We’ll be back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend! 🍛✨
