Heart Of India Bar & Restaurant is a hidden gem in Bakersfield! 🌟 The buffet offers a fantastic array of flavorful dishes - definitely try the Dal soup and the Aloo Methi Mutter. The parathas are hands down the best I’ve had outside of India, especially with that delicious white butter and raita.

The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating our Jain requests effortlessly.

If you're in the area, don’t miss this delightful spot for authentic Indian cuisine at a great price. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! 🍽️
