New Saigon Restaurant is a little gem tucked away on Union Ave! 🌟 The atmosphere has an old-school Vietnamese charm that feels cozy and relaxed.

I ordered the bun thit nuong, and it was delicious, though I wish it had come with more of that zesty lemongrass sauce! My friend enjoyed the com ga nuong - both dishes were generously portioned, perfect for a hungry traveler.

The staff was so friendly, and even the owners checked on us, which added a personal touch. If you’re in Bakersfield, make some time to visit; you won’t regret it! 😊
