India Pavilion is a hidden gem tucked inside a gas station in Bakersfield! 🌟 The kulcha is hands down the best in town - each bite bursting with the perfect blend of spices.

We tried a bit of everything, from soft roti to delightful sabzi and dhal, all with just the right amount of spice and no excess oil. You can feel great about eating here; the freshness and quality shine through every dish. The owner even came out to chat and offered excellent service! Highly recommend it for a road trip pit stop... you won’t regret it! 🍛✨
