If you're looking for delicious Chinese cuisine in Bakersfield, Great Castle Chinese Restaurant is a gem!

I had their egg drop soup, which was rich and flavorful, paired with a crispy egg roll that exceeded my expectations. The generous portions made my entrée feel like a feast - definitely enough for two meals!
