The food was pretty good.
We got the pickle flight, the Nashville chicken and the brisket plate.
All of it was juicy and had great flavor.
The service was good.
They were hosting 2 different parties while we were there and kept apologizing for the wait, but I didn't feel like we waited at all for our food.
There was live music that tried to engage the restaurant so it was a little loud, but I was still able to have a conversation with people at the table.
My only complaint was the wait to get a table.
We were told the wait was going to be 10 minutes, but we sat in the lobby for about 25 minutes until another customer walked in.
We didn't see the hostess at all for the 25 minutes we waited and felt that she may have forgotten about us.
But the food, drinks, and service was great and would definitely recommend!

Went in this afternoon for an early dinner.
The place was completely empty at 4pm.
We were seated and Jesse H.
took care of us.
He was awesome and informative.
I wound up getting a smokestack burger.
It was two smashburger patties cooked perfectly medium.
It had an incredible bacon queso cheese sauce and a helping of pulled pork on a very fresh bun.
It was a fantastic burger.
It came with fries that were a touch under cooked but good with the sweet BBQ sauce.
It had a cup of coleslaw that was vinegar based.
Not really my cup of tea.
Mom got a steak fritas that she absolutely raved about.
Sliced thin and cooked perfectly.
She was very satisfied.
We both got a glass of Nut Brown Ale from the bar.
It's a cool place with a speakeasy type atmosphere.
It's a touch expensive but the quality is definitely there.
It was a very good meal and I'd definitely reccomend a visit to NashHouse.

I mostly enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. Big raised booths are great.
And there are country music videos playing on a giant projector screen which is really cool.
Why don’t more restaurants do that? I thought it was a little too bright though, and the BBQ bottles were sticky :( Service is top notch.
Friendly middle aged women are doting and sweet - just what you would hope for in a Nashville establishment. The food was a bit overpriced for what you get.
I got the Cajun Scramble and it was a little small.
I got maybe 2 eggs and just a few shrimp.
Their hot thang BBQ sauce available at the table is addicting and makes everything good. I also ordered a side of Braised Greens which weren’t very tasty in my option.
But of course the BBQ sauce fixed that situation. Overall a great place to come with big groups in the middle of downtown.
Just don’t expect to save money eating here.
