Muteki Ramen has quickly become my favorite spot in Jersey City! I indulged in the Spicy Tonkotsu with its rich pork broth and succulent chicken chashu; every slurp was a delight. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between casual and trendy, and the service is impressively fast. Don't skip the karaage buns - so flavorful! I appreciated the vegetarian options, too.
