Just had lunch at Cavany for the first time and absolutely loved it! What a neighborhood gem! Our lunch was delicious, such a creative menu with lots of healthy options.
We had one order of the Cavany salad - with an ‘add-on’ on salmon and an order of the Chicken Parm entree, w/ a side salad and an order of plantains.
The fruit infused iced tea was such so refreshing and the cappuccinos were a perfect way to end our lunch.
We’ll definitely be back with more friends…such a great atmosphere, too and really friendly people.

We were blown away by how our food could be so delicious and equally healthy at the same time.
We tried the grouper ceviche, salmon, branzino, and plantain salad and each dish was better if not as amazing as the previous one.
The chef was also very kind and had a unique story to share and explained how all the ingredients were organic and locally sourced.
The pecan bun was the perfect sweet end to it all.
I would come here all the time if I lived in the area.

I love coming to Cavany Foods at 235 Grand Street, Jersey City, NJ, at least 2X per week.
Love their soups, salads and croissant selection big time.
Cavany is quite inviting because it is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a tasty selection of food items.
Owner and chef Alejando and his staff of Vanessa and Freddy are welcoming and efficient.
I expect to be a loyal customer for years to come.
