I ordered take outs and everything is super burned. It tastes super bitter and I can not eat at all.Like how could you give this to your customers? They clearly know it’s burned and even put the super burned side on bottom. And because it’s a take out they know we’re not going find it until we get home. This is so bad and I would not recommend this place to anyone. And I would give 0 star if possible.

Hi Jingzhu, Thank you for taking the time to write the review and your feedback. It is disappointing to read that the food was not up to our standard.Just like what the owner has talked with you over the phone, we hope to make your next experience with us better than this. Just a side note for anyone who is not too familiar with this classic Cantonese dish, to make it authentic and delicious, the chef needs to give the Chowfun a good quick and deep sautéed under high fire and temperature, so you would expect to see some small burns on small pieces of items, like green onion, onions and even on chowfun. We understand it was too much of the burn for this dish, so thank you for sharing this with us and we will continue to maintain our food quality level the best we can. Thank you. Boom Fryer
It’s nice to see a family owned business in the food court. It’s tough to compete against all the other chains. The workers are super friendly.Though the food did take 10 min to make. They made it fresh (not like other places in the food court that pre makes the food and it sits out).It came out piping hot.So so hot.The seafood soup, original is probably the best thing to get here.My husband has had it twice and really likes it.It’s big and has a shrimp with its head on, calamari and mussels, zucchini and other veggies. The flavor of the broth is good.I got the chow fun noodles and I liked the noodle texture. It was too oily though and the chicken, while it was good quality was too salty.I wish there was a vegetable in the dish also.$30 for two meals is not bad.We could have also split one, they were pretty big.

Dear Marisa, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us the review and give us your feedback. We really appreciate it. We are so glad that you liked the seafood noodle soup.Thank you for letting us know about the chicken chow fun.By nature, this dish could be a bit more oily than others due to how the flat rice noodle is made and kept and also the oil is needed when cooking to break the stickiness of the noodles. However, even that being said, it does not mean we can't reduce the saltiness of the chicken and or add veggies (traditionally, it only has bean sprouts and onions). If you really like chicken chow fun, please come to us and let us know what you prefer less oil and more veggies, we can always make it special for you. Again, thank you so much for enjoying our food and letting us know what you liked and not so liked to help us continue make our food enjoyable to you. We hope to see you soon. Boom Fryer owner
We followed Eddie from his previous restaurant in Bergen County. We found him here! We ordered our favorite go to Beef Chow Fun, beef fried rice (ask for Chinese sausage as the protein) and our new favorite crispy pork with cheese and crispy rice.It was soooo good! Not too greasy, lots of beef and noodles, fried rice was perfect, nothing was too salty.Just so good.Still better than traveling all the way to Chinatown!
