Morning Glory Café is a true gem in Eugene! 🌟 From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the extensive vegan options, it exceeded my expectations. I tried the vegan omelet, bursting with fresh veggies and served with delicious toast, all topped off with their herbaceous tofu-based sour cream. The bottomless coffee was delightful, with choices for non-dairy cream.

The bakery case is impressive! Their lemon strawberry scone was the highlight – so good you wouldn't know it was vegan! The bustling yet efficient staff made us feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or brunch! 💚
