Moo Woo Korean BBQ

6pm on a Sunday, it was a short wait for a table to clear: ~5min.
The service felt rushed from the moment they seated our party of three.
We ordered the Woo combo and fried calamari.
The food was mid: some cuts of meat were delicious and tender, some were tough and chewy.
The fried calamari were very crisp and meaty to the bite; one of our favorite items along with the corn cheese and the beef tofu stew.
We were told banchan were refillable but was ignored on the first request.
The server Mingee was rude when I attempted to ask again for a refill on some banchan as if she didn't want to.
She rolled her eyes and cleared the empty banchan dishes then came out with more.
I thanked her and she just walked off.
This made the rest of the meal unappetizing.
As we finished our combo there was no ask/offer of anything from the menu.
She just dropped off the check and tended to the next table over. Needless to say, our hunger was satisfied, but because of our poor experience with service, I wouldn't suggest eating here to friends/family.
Money can be spent elsewhere more appreciated.

This is my all-time favorite Korean bbq place.
The quality of the meat is amazing and they provide lots of sides.
Moo Woo is such a bang for your buck.
We always order a two person combo and have food to take home.
The combos come with the meat, banchan (sides), cheese corn and your choice of soup.
I would choose Moo Woo over an all you can eat anyday due to the quality.
Their food is delicious and the staff are excellent.
The restaurant itself is very cute and cozy.
The music is always good and it's all around a great atmosphere.

We have been to this restaurant many times.
All the waiters we encounter have been super nice, but this day we were welcome by a server who was in a mood.
We asked for more sides after we finished the first round they brought us and she practically screamed at as saying we can only ask for more 3 times.
My husband explain to her that it was the first time we asked for more and she just ignored us.
Then she brought out our meats to cook and never came back.
We had to hunt down another server to change our grill.
Then We had to hunt another server to get a refill on our soda! Sadly we were celebrating a birthday and we were sad to see the birthday person treated this way.
