Moo Ping Thai Street Food is a true gem in Eugene! 🌟 The moment you step up to their food cart, you’re greeted with warm smiles and the aroma of delicious Thai spices. I absolutely loved the Yellow Curry - definitely the best in town!

The Pad Thai and potstickers were also outstanding; we devoured the spring rolls before even making it home! 🤤

With generous portions at great prices, it’s a perfect spot for families. Plus, they’re super accommodating with vegan and vegetarian options. I can’t wait to return! 🍽️
