This was just okay for me.
I’m surprised we do not get additional condiments in case we needed to enhance the flavor to our liking.
The soup was a bit bland to me-and the beef lacked flavor.
It was super tender-along with the tendons.
The chicken and rice were okay, but was oilier than expected .
It’s not bad, but I would prefer more tasty.
We did order bingsu and that was really good.

Braised pork rice was delicious.
Fried chicken leg was juicy and tasty.
But the beef noodle soup was lacking some flavor, it tastes watered down.
The side dishes, especially the pork ear were good and overall good portion!

I ordered pork trotters over rice (豬腳飯） for take-out.
It was really good! Anything in the box was great.
I have no complaints.
If I lived in Seattle, I would definitely will come here frequently! I will come back next time I am in Seattle! Very authentic Taiwanese restaurant!!!
