Grading on the fast casual scale, this place has way bigger portions (see free chips and salsa) than chipotle and friendlier service for less money. Is it less fresh and a bit less flavorful? Sure, but you get what you pay for

Staff was super pleasant & very nice! Great food!

First let me start by saying this was my first time coming here and the customer service was horrible .
I went after 5 pm and the employees on the line was very impatient as I try figure out what I wanted to get.
The lady who took my order was so impatient she wasn’t even trying to listen as I gave my order .
Overall the employee customer service is what gave the low rating .
The food wasn’t bad it actually was good.
However the drink machine did have an unpleasant smell to it.
It didn’t smell like mold but it didn’t smell like it had been cleaned either .
