Loved our food and our server! Our server really added a level of hospitality and charm to our experience, very friendly. We shared a Special Sushi Roll, the lobster roll, a bottle of the Cabernet, and hibachi.
All were delicious, and I enjoyed getting the hibachi at our table, so we did not experience the actual hibachi "show".
But we had the scallops, steak and shrimp and it was delicious.
The "spicy" red sauce (I didn't find it to be spicy though) really enjoyed that! The ginger salad was perfect and the roll was just right too...
Pro on the roll, was flavor, less impressed with the presentation, pretty basic. As for the restaurant itself is what I'll call unpretentious and pretty typical, but it's probably this place's weakest point, atmosphere. All in all, I would totally eat here all the time, can't speak to the rest of the menu but definitely going to be eating at Ninki again. Included photo, we sat at a table. I recommend for the food and service.

Portion sizes for hibachi are enough for two!

Not like it was.
Cant get a lemon for your water.
Didn’t understand why but daughter thought “covid”? Couldn’t omit soup and add extra salad, couldn’t get fried rice.
All these were available with an extra charge.
Most important, the yum yum sauce was not like any I had ever tasted.
It was not good.
Only a sliver of a carrot in my chicken hibachi and no zucchini.
This place was one of my favorite places to eat while visiting my daughter.
Not any more. I asked if they had switched owners and sure enough, she said yes.
Never again!

Hi Lisa, we're sorry that we didn't provide lemon because lemons are for cocktails and alcohol only.
There just isn't enough lemons to go with water for everybody.
And a server who is the bartender is simply too busy to cut multiple bags of lemons everyday.
Lots of restaurants also do not provide lemon with water so I hope you understand.
Since the change of ownership which was over an year ago, everything has stayed the same even the employees and menu.
But I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your visit today.
