Island Fin Poké Co. is a delightful find in Nashville! 🌺 The casual yet trendy atmosphere made for a perfect lunch spot. I built my own poke bowl with fresh ingredients and a plethora of toppings, including the amazing OG Veggies. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to guide me through the process, even offering samples of their unique sauces.

I also tried the dairy-free, gluten-free pineapple and lime soft serve - it was a refreshing treat! 🍦 If you're looking for a quick, healthy meal, this place is a must-visit. Can't wait to go back!
