Moe’s Original BBQ in Fort Collins is a cozy gem! 🌟 I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich with sides of potato salad and mac n cheese. The food arrived hot within 10 minutes - perfect for a lunch break! The pulled pork was tender and flavorful, and I suspect the sauce is homemade; it was that good!

The atmosphere is casual, making it a great spot for anyone from students to families. Can't wait for my next visit to dive into more BBQ delights! Will try the brisket next time... 😋
