Modern Maki Sushi is a hidden gem nestled in Zócalo Food Park! 🌟 The shrimp udon soup is my go-to on chilly days - rich and flavorful. I also adore their Dragon rolls with perfectly crispy shrimp and incredibly soft rice.

I couldn't believe such quality sushi could come from a food truck! With quick service options like curbside pickup, it's perfect for a busy lunch break. 🍣 I've tried almost everything on the menu, and each dish has been fresh and delicious. Highly recommend checking it out if you love sushi... you won’t be disappointed!
