Minsky's Pizza is a delightful find! 🍕 The Spicy Thai pizza was the highlight of my meal - perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice, pleasing even my nine-year-olds. We also tried the Tostada pizza, which was like a taco in pizza form; the fresh veggies were a lovely touch.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and our server Christine was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I appreciate their wide menu options and especially their gluten-free offerings, which seem hard to find elsewhere. Can't wait to go back and try that Louie Pizza again... perhaps with extra cheese next time! 😊
