MidTown Ceviche Bar is a delightful burst of flavor tucked in the Mercado District! I indulged in their Peruvian ceviche, and it was hands down the freshest I've tasted in the RGV. The vibrant mix of lime and cilantro brought everything to life. 🍋

The cozy, trendy vibe made it perfect for a solo meal, and I couldn’t resist trying the maracuya drink - what a refreshing twist! Fast service is a plus, though I did notice some chatter in the back that distracted them from taking my order swiftly. Overall, it’s a spot worth visiting!
