Costa Messa is a delightful find in McAllen! My first visit was during happy hour, and I couldn't resist the $4 margaritas - they were incredibly refreshing and just the right sweetness. The chips and salsa stole the show, with crispy chips and a spicy salsa that brought everything to life.

The Molcajecta I tried was massive and perfect for sharing. The bustling atmosphere added to our experience, though it can get a bit noisy. Overall, a fantastic vibe and great food! 🌮
