SALT - New American Table is a delightful find in McAllen! The ambience is cozy yet trendy, perfect for a casual dinner or a romantic night out. We savored the scallops - they were beautifully cooked and bursting with flavor. The watermelon cocktail was incredibly refreshing as well.

We couldn't resist ending our meal with the Baked Alaska, which did not disappoint! A slight downside was the noise level on a busy night; it felt a bit lively. Overall, I can’t wait to return! 🍽️
