I think this is the original restaurant in town.
This is cheap Tex-Mex.
The cheese dip is worth coming back for.
The bathroom is small and not handicap assessable.
It is located across from the art museum.

HB and I decided it was time for some Mexican Villa, so we headed off to the original location on National.
I know the building is older than me by a decade plus, but there's something about eating at the original location that you gotta love. The food was great, and our servers (pictured below) did a great job! If you want to experience a true Springfield institution, check out Mexican Villa.
