Nestled on the second floor of Denver International Airport, Mercantile Dining & Provisions is a gem for travelers seeking a quick yet delightful meal. I stopped by for breakfast and loved their chicken salad sandwich - definitely airport food done right! 🥗

The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a solo bite before a flight. Fast service ensured I didn’t miss my gate.

While I was slightly disappointed with the Caesar salad's simplicity, my previous experience with the beet salad and seared salmon was exceptional. Great beer selection, too!

I’d return next time... ✈️
