Although we live in NOVA, this is our go-to burger place.
It's kind of embarrassing realizing it now, but the last few "celebrations/events" were held here.
But really, why not, the owner just may be running the register; the burgers are cooked to order; fries or rings are abundant; and the shakes/ice cream cookie sandwich do not disappoint.
Already looking forward to the next visit.

Super fatty and oily, just what a true American burger is all about.
The bread is supposed to be homemade, but it's a bit too much and gets pretty soggy with the sauce.
The meat is cooked however you prefer, but I suggest you go for medium since anything more rare falls apart. Add pickled jalapeño to cut the fattiness and greasy goodness of the fries. Oreo milkshake is thick and creamy with bits of Oreo but nothing necessarily special. Service is relatively fast, but seating is very limited.
It gets crowded fast.
The sign says to order first and then sit, but if you follow that, you'll probably have to wait quite a while before you can sit.
Overall, good burgers, but the best burgers, I'm still on the search for that.

We asked where to get a great burger while we were at the ski shop and Melt was recommended.
So happy with this rec! The menu was a bit overwhelming for us first-timers so we stuck with the basics - a hamburger for my partner and cheeseburger for me.
Perfectly cooked patty as requested, fresh buns, fresh condiments.
We requested their sauce on the side since we weren’t sure we’d like it.
It wasn’t bad but we still preferred ketchup and yellow mustard which was available.
Fries were great! They’re on the skinnier side which I prefer over thicker cuts.
The place was packed on a Friday for lunch but the burgers don’t take long to come out and turnover is fast.
Will definitely be back to try the other burgers on the menu as well as the onion rings.
