First Watch

I went here with my brother during the week for breakfast.
The place had a decent crowd but we were seated immediately and had good service.
The food portions were nice sizes.
We went away full.
The food taste was a little underwhelming.
The farmhouse hash bowl I had was good but the avocado wasn’t quite rip and the veggies were sparse.
The French toast bread was good but the compote was disappointing and so was a very plain dish without it.
I would suggest trying the Floridian French toast instead.
I tried their honey caramel crunch iced coffee.
It’s like drinking straight caramel but good if that’s your thing.
Over all wasn’t a bad experience but everything could have been improved upon.

This place is truly a gem! Great food, good coffee, and superb customer service! I customized my fritatta with onions, mushrooms, spinach, and cheese blend.
I substitute the greens for potatoes and told them to hold the ciabatta bread that comes with the platter.
I also ordered the French Toast and a Purple Haze drink.
They offer delicious decaf coffee and provide flavored creamers! I highly recommend First Watch!

My recent breakfast experience at First Watch was truly delightful, and a significant part of that was thanks to Carlos, our server.
From the moment we sat down, Carlos made us feel welcomed and valued.
His warm and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for our breakfast. Carlos was highly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without hovering.
He took our orders accurately, and his knowledge of the menu was impressive.
When we asked for recommendations, he provided insightful suggestions that catered to our tastes. The food came out quickly and was delicious, but it was Carlos's service that stood out.
He checked in with us at just the right times and was always quick to refill our drinks or provide anything else we needed.
Despite the restaurant being quite busy, Carlos remained calm and composed, treating each customer with equal care and attention. Overall, Carlos made our breakfast at First Watch a pleasant experience.
His professionalism and friendly attitude were a winning combination, and I'd highly recommend asking for him on your next visit.
His service truly added value to our meal, and we look forward to returning.
