Always had slow service here, have had online orders go missing more than once, most recently, I was driving home from work and decided to place an order for just a Plain cheeseburger with mayo NOTHING ELSE I placed this before leaving work then made the 10-15 min drive over and parked in curbside, waited for 15 mins NOTHING.
I went inside and waited probably 10 minutes before getting help, in which I was ignored by the same employee multiple times and ended up having to call back very loudly "excuse me" before somebody (not the woman who ignored me a teenage boy) came to help I explained to him what was going on and he walks back grabs a bag that has been SITTING there the whole time I'd been waiting for help and hands it to me apologizing...
nobody had walked in or out to the other person waiting in curbside while I'd been inside so I know they didn't just miss me.
Unacceptable that I was there nearly 30 minutes before getting my curbside order.

First of all, if someone is going to run the drive through they should be able to effectively communicate with customers. Arrived after placing online order and was told it would be a 30 minute wait.
I left, came back after 30 minutes, and was told they had cancelled my order.
When I questioned why it was cancelled I was not given a reason and was told to call corporate for a refund.
I have to be the one to call corporate for a refund after my order was cancelled by YOU? Place is a joke and the people who work here have rocks in their head.

Aside from slow and poor customer service.  It was our first time I had issue with their pancakes.
As I was slicing the pancakes for my daughter they are hard to slice and eat.
By all means their pancakes are old.
I called and spoke to the manager and she said she will replaced them.
Made me think now if I still would eat their pancakes.
